Please remember to bring your health fund book and/or card with you when you collect your pre admission forms.
We are contracted with all major Health Funds and will claim your theatre and accommodation charges directly through your Health Fund. You will be asked to pay your excess (if applicable) on admission. Please check with your Fund if an excess applies, prior to your attendance at the Unit.
Payment to the Clinic does not cover the Specialists, Pathology or Anaesthetic fees. These services are billed separately.
